Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Clothing or fabric items must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Digital products (e.g., download codes for games or expansions).
- Trading cards and products containing trading cards.
- Custom or limited-edition items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Click the “Start a Return” button on our Returns page.
- Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email address used for the purchase.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label and prepare your package for shipping.
Packing Instructions:
- Whenever possible, please use the original packaging to protect your item during transit.
- Improperly packed items may incur a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that the refund is in process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Rnewelf does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Rnewelf is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
